RoboSep NHP CD8 T Cell Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, the RoboSep NHP CD8 T Cell Iso Kit is designed for the isolation of CD8+ T cells from non-human primate samples, including rhesus and cynomolgus macaques. The kit employs immunomagnetic cell separation and is suited for use in immunology research workflows. Manufacturer documentation describes an example using rhesus macaque PBMCs in which CD8+ T cell content (within the CD45+CD3+ gate) was elevated from 50.7% in the starting fraction to 94.1% in the final isolated fraction, with the procedure completed in as little as 25 minutes.
