Description

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic isolation kit is designed to isolate highly purified CD4+ T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of non-human primates, including rhesus and cynomolgus macaques. The kit uses column-free immunomagnetic separation and incorporates a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody directed against CD4 of human, rhesus, and cynomolgus origin.
