RoboSep Negative Human CD4 w/fil.tip

This immunomagnetic negative selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies isolates untouched, highly purified human CD4+ T cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or lysed leukapheresis samples. The column-free workflow uses antibodies and magnetic particles to label unwanted non-CD4+ cells, leaving the desired cells to be poured or pipetted into a new tube. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.

The kit is designed for processing 1 x 10^9 cells and achieves purities that typically range from 92% to 97%, with up to 97% purity reported. It is compatible with manual protocols using EasySep™ magnets (including "The Big Easy," EasyPlate™, EasyEights™, and Easy 50) as well as the fully automated RoboSep™ system. The recommended starting sample concentration is 5 x 10^7 cells/mL, prepared in EasySep™ Buffer, RoboSep™ Buffer, or PBS containing 2% fetal bovine serum and 1 mM EDTA, free of Ca++ and Mg++.
