RoboSep Ms PE Pos Slcn Kit II - 5x10^9

A cell isolation kit from STEMCELL Technologies designed to isolate highly purified cells labeled with PE (phycoerythrin)-conjugated antibodies from mouse splenocytes, bone marrow, or other single-cell suspensions by immunomagnetic positive selection. The procedure is fast and easy-to-use and requires no columns. Cells labeled with PE-conjugated antibodies and magnetic particles are separated using an EasySep™ magnet, with unwanted cells simply poured off while desired cells remain in the tube. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell culture, or cell-based assays.

This kit targets cells labeled with PE-conjugated antibodies (not provided) for positive selection and is intended for processing 5 x 10^9 cells. It supports a fully automated RoboSep™ protocol. Kit components include an EasySep™ PE Selection Cocktail, EasySep™ Mouse FcR Blocker, EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™, and a RoboSep™ Vial for primary conjugated antibody. These components should be stored at 2 - 8°C and not frozen.
