RoboSep Ms pan DC Enrich Kit II

A column-free immunomagnetic cell separation reagent from STEMCELL Technologies is designed to isolate highly purified mouse dendritic cells, including conventional and plasmacytoid DCs, from single-cell suspensions of mouse splenocytes or other tissue samples using the EasySep™ platform.

Typical performance data from mouse splenocytes shows a dendritic cell content (CD11c+lineage-) of 57.3 ± 5.5% in the isolated fraction when used with the purple EasySep™ magnet, with purities of 3.9% and 62.4% for the start and final enriched fractions, respectively. Pre-enrichment with the kit has been shown to reduce FACS sorting times for pan-DCs, conventional DCs (cDCs), and plasmacytoid DCs (pDCs) compared to unenriched samples (n = 2). The kit supports a workflow that includes medium for dissociation of mouse spleen, immunomagnetic positive selection of mouse CD11c+ cells, and immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched pDCs from single-cell suspensions of mouse splenocytes or other tissues.
