RoboSep Ms CD4+CD25+ RegTCell Iso Kit II

From STEMCELL Technologies, this kit isolates highly purified mouse CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) from mouse splenocytes or other single-cell suspension samples. It uses a simple two-step procedure: first, CD4+ T cells are pre-enriched by negative selection, and then CD25+ cells are positively selected from the pre-enriched fraction. The workflow is fast, easy-to-use, and column-free, with isolated cells immediately ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell culture, or DNA/RNA extraction. The EasySep™ system has been widely used in published research and combines the specificity of monoclonal antibodies with the simplicity of a column-free magnetic approach.

Designed for processing 1 x 10^9 cells, the kit can achieve up to 93% purity of the isolated CD4+CD25+ Treg fraction. It is compatible with the EasySep™ Magnet, "The Big Easy" EasySep™ Magnet, the EasyEights™ Magnet, and the RoboSep™-S.
