RoboSep Ms APC Positive Slctn Kit II

Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, this kit is designed to isolate mouse cells labeled with APC-conjugated antibodies from mouse splenocytes, bone marrow, or other single-cell suspensions using immunomagnetic positive separation.

In a representative separation performed with an APC-conjugated anti-mouse CD4 antibody, the purity of the starting fraction was 19.2% and the purity of the final isolated fraction was 99.4%. Related protocols support the immunomagnetic positive selection of mouse cells labeled with biotin-, PE-, or FITC-conjugated antibodies.
