RoboSep Mouse T Cell Isolation Kit

Immunomagnetic negative selection kit for isolating highly purified mouse T cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues in as little as 15 minutes. The kit combines the specificity of monoclonal antibodies with the simplicity of a column-free magnetic system, with cells collected via pour-off or pipette-off methods and the desired T cells left untouched and immediately ready for downstream applications including flow cytometry, culture, and cell-based experiments.

Unwanted cells targeted for removal include CD11b, CD45R, Ter119, CD49b, CD19, and CD24. Starting with mouse splenocytes, the T cell content (CD3+CD19-) of the isolated fraction is 96.6 ± 2.0% (mean ± SD) using the purple EasySep™ magnet, with up to 99% purity achievable, and the kit is rated for processing 1 x 10^9 cells. Compatible magnets include the EasySep™, "The Big Easy" EasySep™, EasyEights™ EasySep™, and RoboSep™-S, with the technology backed by more than 20 years of published research.

Components supplied include EasySep™ Mouse T Cell Isolation Cocktail (0.5 mL), EasySep™ Streptavidin RapidSpheres™ 50001 (1 mL), and EasySep™ FcR Mouse Blocker (0.2 mL). The RoboSep™ format additionally includes RoboSep™ Buffer and RoboSep™ Filter Tips. The product is offered by STEMCELL Technologies, and compatible staining antibodies for purity assessment of the isolated cells include anti-mouse CD3e and CD90.
