From STEMCELL Technologies, this RoboSep kit is intended for the positive selection of mouse Sca-1+ cells from single-cell suspensions of mouse bone marrow and other tissues. The technology is based on column-free immunomagnetic separation and uses a rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody directed against mouse Sca1 (Ly-6A/E). According to the manufacturer's FACS profile data, the Sca-1+ cell content of the selected fraction isolated from mouse bone marrow typically ranges from 87 - 97%.
