RoboSep Mouse Plasmacytoid DC Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, the EasySep™ Mouse Plasmacytoid DC Isolation Kit enables researchers to isolate mouse plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) from single-cell suspensions of mouse splenocytes or other tissues. The kit uses the EasySep™ protocol for column-free immunomagnetic separation, employing a hamster (Armenian) monoclonal IgG antibody against mouse CD11c and a rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody against mouse F4/80. Starting with mouse splenocytes, the pDC content (PDCA-1+CD11c+) of the isolated fraction typically ranges from 62 - 94%.
