RoboSep Mouse Pan-Naïve T Cell Iso Kit

STEMCELL Technologies cell isolation kit designed for the immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched, highly purified mouse pan-naïve T cells (CD3+CD44-/lowCD62Lhigh) from mouse splenocytes. The column-free workflow uses biotinylated antibodies and streptavidin-coated magnetic particles to label and remove non-naïve T cells, with desired cells simply poured off into a new tube and immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based assays. The purity of the isolated fraction typically ranges from 90 – 97%, with up to 97% achievable. The kit is formulated to process 1 x 10^9 cells.

Components supplied include an EasySep™ Mouse T Cell Isolation Cocktail, an EasySep™ Mouse Memory T Cell Depletion Cocktail, EasySep™ Streptavidin RapidSpheres™, and an EasySep™ Mouse FcR Blocker. The inclusion of Mouse FcR Blocker in place of Normal Rat Serum reflects the manufacturer's transition for select EasySep™ Mouse kits beginning in early 2023, with all components now shipped in a single package. Cocktails, RapidSpheres™, and FcR Blocker should be stored at 2 – 8°C, not frozen, and remain stable until the expiry date on the label. Protocols are provided for manual processing with EasySep™, "The Big Easy", EasyPlate™, and EasyEights™ magnets, as well as for fully automated separation on the RoboSep™ instrument.
