RoboSep Mouse NK Cell Isolation Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic negative selection kit isolates untouched, viable NK cells (CD3-CD49b+) from single-cell suspensions of mouse splenocytes and other tissue samples without the need for columns. The cell isolation procedure can be completed in as little as 25 minutes, with typical NK cell content (CD3-CD49b+) of the isolated fraction ranging from 67 - 89% when starting with mouse splenocytes. The kit targets non-NK cells for removal, including cells expressing CD4, CD5, Ly6G, CD8a, F4/80, CD3e, CD19, CD24, TCRgd, and 7-4.

Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based assays. The kit is designed for processing up to 1 x 10^9 cells and is offered in manual and fully automated RoboSep™ formats. It is compatible with multiple magnets, including the EasySep™ Magnet, "The Big Easy" EasySep™ Magnet, EasyEights™ EasySep™ Magnet, and RoboSep™-S.

Components include an EasySep™ Mouse NK Cell Isolation Cocktail (a combination of monoclonal antibodies in PBS and 0.1% BSA) and EasySep™ Streptavidin RapidSpheres™ 50001 (a suspension of magnetic particles in PBS). Both components should be stored at 2 - 8°C and not frozen. The kit is for research use only.
