RoboSep Mouse Memory CD4 T Cell Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this reagent kit is built on the EasySep™ immunomagnetic cell isolation platform, which combines the specificity of monoclonal antibodies with a column-free magnetic system to deliver fast isolation of highly purified cell populations. EasySep™ supports positive selection, negative selection, and cell depletion workflows, and can be applied to sample sources including splenocytes, lymph nodes, peripheral blood mononuclear cells, whole blood, and bone marrow. Mouse cells can be isolated in as little as 15 minutes with a simple pour, and protocols are designed to minimize hands-on time without the need for columns or washes.

The kit performs immunomagnetic negative selection to isolate untouched mouse memory CD4+ T cells, comprising central memory (CD4+CD62L high CD44 high/int) and effector memory (CD4+CD62L-CD44 high/int) populations, from single-cell suspensions of mouse splenocytes or other tissues. Starting with mouse splenocytes, the memory CD4+ T cell content of the isolated fraction typically ranges from 78 - 96%, and the kit is configured for processing 1 x 10^9 cells. In a representative example, the start and isolated fractions measured 5.3% and 90.2%, respectively. EasySep™ negative selection kits use biotinylated antibodies to target unwanted cells, leaving the cells of interest untouched and immediately ready for downstream applications.

The RoboSep™ Reagent Kit (RF) format pairs the EasySep™ Selection Kit with RoboSep™ Buffer and 1 - 2 boxes of RoboSep™ Tip Racks, intended for automated cell separation using the RoboSep™-S instrument.
