RoboSep Mouse/Human Chimera Iso Kit

Immunomagnetic separation of mouse or human leukocytes from chimeric samples is automated through this kit, designed by STEMCELL Technologies to run on the RoboSep instrument without manual column handling. Researchers working with humanized mouse models can recover target populations from spleen, bone marrow, or peripheral blood while depleting the opposing species, supporting workflows in xenograft immunology, cancer research, and graft-versus-host disease studies. Each vial of antibody cocktail and magnetic particles is single-use and supplied with enough reagent to process 1 to 4 mL of starting sample per separation, depending on cell density and target leukocyte frequency. Negative selection leaves unlabeled cells bead-free and ready for downstream flow cytometry, in vitro culture, or transplantation assays. The RoboSep software loads the protocol directly, limiting hands-on time to roughly 8 to 15 minutes per run. Reagent vials are shipped cold and should be stored refrigerated, protected from light until first use, to maintain activity through the labeled expiration. In vitro research use only.
