RoboSep Mouse CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit

This immunomagnetic cell isolation kit from STEMCELL Technologies is designed for isolating mouse CD4+ T cells from splenocytes. Offered in the RoboSep™ reagent format, it pairs an EasySep™ Selection Kit with RoboSep™ Buffer and RoboSep™ Tip Racks. The underlying EasySep™ platform combines monoclonal antibody specificity with a column-free magnetic system, using negative selection to deliver untouched, viable, functional CD4+ T cells ready for downstream applications.

Using a simple pour-off protocol, isolation can be completed in as little as 15 minutes without columns or washes. When starting with mouse splenocytes and using the purple EasySep™ magnet, the CD4+ T cell content (CD3+CD4+) of the isolated fraction is 95.4 ± 3% (mean ± SD). The kit supports processing of 1 x 10⁹ cells from spleen, and compatible staining antibodies for purity assessment include CD3e and CD4.
