RoboSep Mouse CD19 Positive Slctn Kit II

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic positive selection kit isolates highly purified CD19+ cells from single-cell suspensions of mouse splenocytes or other tissues. The kit targets CD19+ cells with antibodies and magnetic particles, separating them without columns using an EasySep™ magnet. Unwanted cells are simply poured off while desired cells remain in the tube, and isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, and cell-based experiments.

Designed to be fast and easy to use with no columns required, the kit leaves isolated cells unlabeled with fluorochromes. Typical CD19+ cell content of the isolated fraction is 98.1 ± 0.6% (mean ± SD) when using the purple EasySep™ Magnet. The kit is for research use only and is intended for processing up to 2 x 10^9 cells. Components include a Selection Cocktail (combining Component A and Component B, monoclonal antibodies in PBS with 0.1% BSA and 10% HPCD) and EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™ (magnetic particles in water), all stored at 2 - 8°C. The combined Selection Cocktail is stable for up to 4 weeks after preparation. For purity assessment by flow cytometry, Anti-Mouse CD19 Antibody, Clone 1D3 is recommended. Compatible magnets include the EasySep™ Magnet, "The Big Easy" EasySep™ Magnet, EasyEights™ EasySep™ Magnet, and RoboSep™.
