RoboSep Mouse CD11c Pos Slctn Kit II

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic positive selection kit enables the isolation of highly purified CD11c+ cells from mouse splenocytes or cultured bone marrow cells. The column-free procedure uses antibodies recognizing the CD11c surface marker together with magnetic particles; target cells are retained in the tube while unwanted cells are simply poured off using an EasySep™ magnet. The kit can deliver up to 95% purity, and the CD11c+ content of the enriched fraction is typically 86.8 ± 9.7% (mean ± SD, gated on viable singlet cells) when used with the purple EasySep™ Magnet. In a representative flow cytometry experiment, the start and isolated fractions reached final purities of 5.7% and 92.3%, respectively. Isolated cells are not fluorochrome-labeled and remain immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, and cell-based experiments. Each kit is configured for processing 2 x 10^9 cells and is supplied with Spleen Dissociation Medium—a formulation of collagenase IV, DNase, fetal bovine serum (FBS), and RPMI medium for tissue dissociation. The RoboSep™ configuration is designed for fully automated cell separation on the RoboSep™ instrument.
