RoboSep Mouse CD11b Pos Slctn Kit II

A positive selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies enables isolation of highly purified CD11b+ cells from mouse tissues. Designed for use with the RoboSep™ fully automated cell separator as well as manual EasySep™ protocols, the system works without columns — target cells are labeled with antibodies recognizing the CD11b surface marker and magnetic particles, then separated using an EasySep™ magnet while unwanted cells are simply poured off.

The kit is intended for processing up to 2 x 10^9 cells, with separate Product Information Sheets covering mouse lung tissue and mouse splenocytes. Purity reaches up to 96% from lung tissue and up to 95% from splenocytes. Because selection is antibody- and magnetic-particle based, isolated cells are not fluorochrome-labeled and are immediately available for downstream applications including flow cytometry, cell culture, and cell-based experiments.

The kit includes a Selection Cocktail (two components of monoclonal antibodies in PBS with 0.1% BSA), EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™ magnetic particles, a RoboSep™ Empty Vial, and Mouse FcR PolyBlock. Components are stored at 2 - 8°C; the combined Selection Cocktail remains stable for up to 4 weeks.
