RoboSep Mouse CD117 (cKit) Pos Sel F Kit

The kit employs a rat monoclonal IgG2b antibody against mouse CD117 (c-Kit), and is intended for use with the RoboSep™ instrument. Starting with mouse bone marrow, the CD117+ cell content of the selected cells typically ranges from 88 - 95%. The "RF" designation indicates compatibility with the RoboSep™ platform.
