From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic negative selection kit is designed to deplete single or multiple unwanted cell types labeled with biotin from mouse splenocytes or other tissue samples. The kit employs column-free immunomagnetic separation as part of the EasySep™ Mouse Streptavidin RapidSpheres™ Isolation Kit product line.

Select EasySep™ Mouse kits have transitioned from Normal Rat Serum to include Mouse FcR Blocker instead, and with this change all components are now shipped together in a single package while still enabling cells to be isolated as before.
