RoboSep Mou CD11c PosSlctn KitII+Spl Dis

An immunomagnetic positive selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies designed to isolate highly purified CD11c+ cells from mouse splenocytes or cultured bone marrow cells. The column-free workflow targets cells with antibodies and magnetic particles, and unwanted cells are simply poured off while desired cells remain in the tube. This kit is suitable for processing 2 x 10^9 cells.

Isolated cells are not fluorochrome-labeled and are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, and cell-based experiments. The protocol is fast and easy-to-use, delivering purities of up to 95%. Using mouse splenocytes as a typical starting population, the enriched fraction contains 86.8 ± 9.7% CD11c+ cells (gated on viable singlet cells, mean ± SD) with the purple EasySep™ Magnet. The kit is supplied with Spleen Dissociation Medium for use with mouse spleen tissue and is intended for use with the fully automated RoboSep™ instrument.
