RoboSep Human pDC Enrich Kit w/ FltrTips

This immunomagnetic cell separation kit from STEMCELL Technologies enables isolation of highly purified human plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). It uses column-free negative selection with optimized protocols that have been trusted by scientists for over 20 years. The enriched pDC population is defined by a Lineage-negative (CD3, CD14, CD16, CD19, CD20, CD34, CD56), HLA-DR-positive, and CD304 (BDCA-4)-positive phenotype.

Starting with a pDC frequency of 0.2–0.9% in PBMCs, the enriched fraction typically reaches 87–97% purity, with reported FACS enrichments exceeding 97% when identified using CD303 and HLA-DR surface marker staining. The kit is positioned for research workflows involving immunomagnetic negative selection of human myeloid DCs and of untouched human DCs (including myeloid and plasmacytoid DCs), and is intended for use with a magnet for column-free immunomagnetic separation together with cell separation buffer for EasySep™ cell separation kits.
