RoboSep Human NK Cell Iso Kit

The RoboSep™ Human NK Cell Isolation Kit, manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, enables researchers to isolate highly purified human natural killer (NK) cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or washed leukapheresis samples using immunomagnetic negative selection. In this column-free procedure, unwanted cells—including granulocytes, T cells, B cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, and erythroid cells—are labeled with antibody complexes and magnetic particles, leaving the desired NK cells untouched.

After magnetic separation, the isolated NK cells are simply collected by pouring or pipetting into a new tube, with isolation achievable in as little as 8 minutes. The kit delivers up to 94% purity with high recovery, and the isolated cells are immediately suitable for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.
