RoboSep Human Naive B Cell Iso Kit

STEMCELL Technologies offers this RoboSep-format cell isolation kit for the enrichment of human naïve B cells, defined as the CD3-CD19+CD27- population. It is intended for use with PBMCs or washed leukapheresis samples and employs immunomagnetic negative selection that leaves the target B cells untouched. The kit is also compatible with isolating naïve B cells directly from whole blood and works with frozen primary human cells within the supported research workflows. Monoclonal antibodies targeting human CD19, CD3, CD45, and CD27 are included to deplete non-target populations during the separation procedure.
