RoboSep Human Myeloid Pos Slctn Kit II

From STEMCELL Technologies, the RoboSep Human Myeloid Positive Selection Kit II isolates highly purified human myeloid cells (CD33+ and CD66b+) from nucleated cell suspensions derived from human whole blood or bone marrow. The kit uses immunomagnetic positive selection. Typical isolated-fraction purity is reported as 96.5 ± 1.3% (mean ± SD) for CD14+CD66b+ cells, with start-fraction purity of 59.2% and final isolated-fraction purity of 94.6% in the example provided. Compatible reagents for purity assessment include mouse monoclonal IgG2a and IgG2b antibodies against human CD14, a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody against human CD66b, and a goat polyclonal antibody against mouse IgG.
