RoboSep Human Memory CD4 TCell, Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this automated cell separation kit is designed for the efficient enrichment of untouched human memory CD4+ T cells (CD4+CD45RA-CD45RO+) from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using a column-free immunomagnetic negative selection workflow. The fully automated format performs all cell labeling and separation steps, minimizing sample handling and offering walk-away operation.

Starting with previously frozen mononuclear cells, the memory CD4+ T cell content of the enriched fraction typically ranges from 86% - 98%. Because the kit uses negative selection, the isolated cells are unlabeled by the separation reagents and remain immediately ready for downstream functional and biological studies.
