RoboSep Human CD34 Pos Slctn Kit II

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic positive selection kit isolates highly purified human CD34+ cells from fresh or previously frozen mobilized peripheral blood or bone marrow mononuclear cells, previously frozen cord blood mononuclear cells, or human embryonic stem and induced pluripotent stem cell cultures. Target cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles, then separated without columns using an EasySep™ magnet — unwanted cells are simply poured off while the desired cells remain in the tube.

Built on a platform used in published research for more than 20 years, the kit combines monoclonal antibody specificity with a column-free magnetic workflow. The selection cocktail includes an Fc receptor blocking antibody to prevent non-specific binding, and the CD34 antigen is expressed on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.

Designed to be fast and easy-to-use, the kit requires no columns and delivers up to 99% purity. Typical CD34+ cell content of the isolated fraction is 93.5 ± 1.1% (mean ± SD) when starting with cord blood, mobilized peripheral blood or bone marrow mononuclear cells, or ES and iPS cell cultures, using the purple EasySep™ Magnet.
