RoboSep Hu Pan-ILC Enrichment Kit

An immunomagnetic negative selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies designed to enrich human Group 1, 2, and 3 Innate Lymphoid Cells (ILC1, ILC2, and ILC3) from leukapheresis samples. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes directed against non-ILCs, combined with dextran-coated magnetic particles (RapidSpheres™). The workflow is column-free: labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet, with unwanted cells remaining in the tube while enriched ILCs are poured off into a new tube.

Isolated cells are immediately available for flow sorting and other downstream applications and are delivered as untouched, viable cells. The kit is intended for fast, column-free cell isolation within immunology research workflows, and the RoboSep format is suited for use with the RoboSep™-S instrument.

According to the manufacturer, starting with fresh leukapheresis samples, the total ILC content (Lin-CD45+CD127+) of the enriched fraction typically ranges from 17 – 85%.
