RoboSep Hu Pan-Granulocyte Isolation Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic negative selection kit isolates human pan-granulocytes — neutrophils, eosinophils, and basophils — from fresh peripheral whole blood. Non-granulocytes are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes and magnetic particles, then separated using a compatible EasySep™ or RoboSep™ magnet without columns. The desired cells are poured off, yielding untouched, viable granulocytes.

Manufacturer data indicate that the isolated fraction typically contains 97% to 99% granulocytes, with untouched cells recoverable at up to 99% purity. The kit is compatible with the EasySep™ Magnet, "The Big Easy" EasySep™ Magnet, the Easy 50 EasySep™ Magnet, and the RoboSep™-S, and is intended for immunology research applications involving cell isolation directly from whole blood.
