RoboSep Hu Neutrophil Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this isolation kit enables researchers to obtain highly purified human neutrophils from fresh human peripheral blood leukocytes using an immunomagnetic negative selection workflow. The column-free magnetic procedure labels unwanted cells with antibody complexes and magnetic particles, allowing the untouched target neutrophils to be collected in as little as 14 minutes. In a typical isolation profile, the neutrophil content (CD45+CD16+CD66b+) of the isolated fraction ranges from 98.7 ± 0.9% (mean ± SD), with start and final fraction purities of 52.0% and 99.0% respectively.

Designed for use with the RoboSep™ platform, the kit is compatible with cells prepared using HetaSep™ sedimentation or red blood cell lysis. It provides fast, column-free isolation yielding up to 99% purity of untouched, viable cells that are ready for downstream applications including flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction. The negative selection approach combines monoclonal antibody specificity with a simple magnetic system and has been widely used in published research for more than 20 years.

Working in conjunction with mouse monoclonal antibodies directed against human CD45, CD11b, CD16, and CD66b, the kit supports immunology research workflows for the isolation of human granulocyte subsets from peripheral blood samples.
