RoboSep Hu Naïve PanT Cell Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this kit enables isolation of highly purified human naïve pan T cells from PBMCs or washed leukapheresis samples in as little as 15 minutes using column-free immunomagnetic separation. Typical purity of the isolated fraction is 96.1 ± 2.3% (mean ± SD) of naïve pan T cells defined as CD3+CD45RA+CD45RO-CD197+, as demonstrated with the purple EasySep™ Magnet.

The kit supports immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched human naïve CD8+ T cells and immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched human naïve CD4+ T cells, and is intended for use with primary human cells (frozen). Included antibodies are a mouse (BALB/c) monoclonal IgG1 against human and chimpanzee CD3, a mouse monoclonal IgG2a against human, chimpanzee, and common marmoset CD45RO, and a mouse monoclonal antibody against human and chimpanzee CD3.
