RoboSep Hu Naïve CD8+ T Cell Iso Kit II

From STEMCELL Technologies, this kit is designed to isolate human naïve CD8+ T cells (CD8+CD45RA+CCR7+ and CD45RO-CD57-CD56-) from fresh PBMCs using EasySep™ column-free immunomagnetic separation in as little as 11 minutes. When used with the purple EasySep™ Magnet, the naïve CD8+ T cell content of the isolated fraction is typically 93.7 ± 2.4% (mean ± SD); in one representative example, the purities of the start and final isolated fractions were 6.8% and 94.2%, respectively.

Supporting reagents and accessories referenced for the workflow include a red blood cell lysis reagent, a fully automated cell separation instrument capable of performing up to four simultaneous or sequential EasySep™ cell separations, density gradient centrifugation tubes, and a cell separation buffer for use with EasySep™ kits. Mouse monoclonal antibodies listed as compatible for purity assessment include an IgG1 clone against human CD56 (NCAM), an IgG1 clone against human, rhesus, and cynomolgus CD8a, and an IgG2a clone against human, chimpanzee, and common marmoset CD45RO.
