RoboSep Hu Naïve CD4TCell Iso Kit II

Designed for the immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched and highly purified naïve CD4+ T cells (CD3+CD4+CD45RA+CD45RO-) from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), STEMCELL Technologies' EasySep™ Human Naïve CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit II offers a column-free workflow that can be completed in as little as 11 minutes and delivers up to 98% purity with viable cells ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.

The kit targets non-naïve CD4+ T cells for removal using antibodies that recognize specific cell surface markers. Unwanted cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles and separated without columns using an EasySep™ magnet; desired cells are simply poured off into a new tube. A fully automated RoboSep™ protocol is also available. Each kit is supplied with two components: an Isolation Cocktail (a combination of monoclonal antibodies in PBS) and EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™ (a suspension of magnetic particles in water), both stored at 2 - 8°C and stable until the expiry date on the label.

Starting with fresh mononuclear cells, the naïve CD4+ T cell content (CD3+CD4+CD45RA+CD45RO-) of the isolated fraction is typically 96.6 ± 1.5% (mean ± SD using the purple EasySep™ Magnet), with a representative example showing start and final isolated fraction purities of 13.0% and 97.3%, respectively.
