RoboSep Hu Naïve B Cell Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this kit isolates untouched and highly purified human naïve B cells (CD19+CD27-) from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. The fast, easy-to-use workflow is column-free, and isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.

The kit is designed for processing 1 x 10^9 cells and delivers up to 98% purity, with the naïve B cell content of the enriched fraction typically ranging from 92 - 98%. In a representative example, the purities of the start and final enriched fractions were 4.3% and 97.5%, respectively. Purity can be assessed using a Mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human and chimpanzee CD19 together with a Hamster (Armenian) monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human, mouse, and rat CD27.

Protocols are available for manual use with EasySep™ magnets and for fully automated cell separation with the RoboSep™ system. Components comprise an EasySep™ enrichment cocktail of monoclonal antibodies in PBS and EasySep™ D Magnetic Particles; both are stored at 2 - 8°C and remain stable until the expiry date on the label.
