RoboSep Hu Gamma Delta T Cell Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this automated immunomagnetic isolation kit is optimized for the enrichment of human gamma-delta T cells on RoboSep instruments. It enables the isolation of untouched, highly purified gamma/delta T cells from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or lysed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection.

The fast, easy-to-use, and column-free workflow is designed for processing 1 x 10^9 cells, with reagents configured for RoboSep automated separation. Purity of the isolated fraction is up to 97%, with the gamma/delta TCR+CD3+ cell content of the isolated fraction typically ranging from 90 - 97% when starting from fresh PBMCs.

The kit includes an antibody isolation cocktail and magnetic particles, both stored at 2 - 8°C and not to be frozen. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications including flow cytometry, culture, DNA/RNA extraction, functional assays, and cell culture workflows.
