RoboSep Hu FITC Positive Slctn Kit II

STEMCELL Technologies offers the RoboSep™ automated format of the EasySep™ Human FITC Positive Selection Kit II, designed for isolating highly purified human cells labeled with FITC-conjugated antibodies. The kit enables column-free immunomagnetic positive selection from PBMCs or other single-cell suspensions using the simple, optimized EasySep™ protocol.

Target cells bearing FITC-conjugated antibodies are bound by tetramers recognizing FITC and conjugated to dextran-coated magnetic beads. Labeled cells are separated using the EasySep™ magnet without columns — target cells are retained in the magnet while non-target cells are poured off. Using a FITC-conjugated anti-human CD19 antibody, the purity of the starting fraction and the final isolated fraction have been reported as 6.7% and 91.0%, respectively.

The RoboSep™ automated version includes RoboSep™ buffer and RoboSep™ tips alongside the standard kit components: EasySep™ FITC Selection Antibody Cocktail, anti-human CD32 FcR blocker, and EasySep™ dextran-coated RapidSpheres™ magnetic beads.
