Robosep Hu Eosinophil Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this RoboSep-format cell isolation kit enables efficient isolation of untouched human eosinophils (CD16-CD66b+CD45+) from fresh human PMNCs or whole blood using immunomagnetic negative selection. Unwanted cells — including T cells, B cells, monocytes, subsets of dendritic cells, NK cells, and erythroid cells — are labeled with antibody complexes and EasySep™ Direct RapidSpheres™ magnetic particles, then separated from the desired eosinophils using an EasySep™ magnet or the automated RoboSep™-S instrument.

The column-free protocol leaves isolated eosinophils untouched and ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction. The procedure can be completed in 11 minutes, with up to 99% purity achievable. Typical eosinophil content (CD16-CD66b+CD45+) of the isolated fraction is 96.5 ± 2.5% (mean ± SD) using the purple EasySep™ Magnet, with representative final-fraction purities of 97.8% (RBC lysis preparation) and 96.8% (HetaSep™ preparation) reported.
