RoboSep Hu CD11b Pos Sel Kit

A positive selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies that targets human CD11b+ cells, allowing them to be isolated from human PBMCs or leukapheresis samples using EasySep™ technology in as little as 16 minutes. The kit is intended for use with primary human cells, both frozen and fresh, and employs simple, optimized protocols trusted by scientists for over 20 years.

Selection relies on a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human, rhesus, and cynomolgus CD11b, together with a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human and chimpanzee CD45. In a typical positive selection profile starting from human PBMCs, the CD11b+ content of the isolated fraction is 98.6 ± 1.4% and 1.7 ± 1.2% in the depleted fraction (mean ± SD using the EasySep™ magnet). In the example reported, the frequencies of CD11b+ cells in the start, final isolated, and final depleted fractions were 47.8%, 99.4%, and 1.6%, respectively.
