RoboSep Hu CB CD34 Pos Flter Kit II

From STEMCELL Technologies, this kit is designed for the positive selection of human CD34+ cells from fresh whole umbilical cord blood. The RoboSep™-format workflow employs an immunomagnetic protocol in a simple two-step procedure that can include a pre-enrichment stage using RosetteSep™. Components include a tube for density gradient centrifugation for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) applications, a tube for density gradient centrifugation for research use only, a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human CD34, and a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human and chimpanzee CD45. The kit is intended for research workflows involving the isolation of CD34+ haematopoietic stem and progenitor cells from cord blood.
