RoboSep Hu Biotin Positive Slctn Kit II

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic positive selection cell isolation kit isolates human cells labeled with biotinylated antibodies from PBMCs and other single-cell suspensions, using column-free magnetic separation. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet, with desired cells retained in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off.

Compatible sample sources include buffy coat, cord blood, leukapheresis, and PBMCs. The kit supports isolation of a broad range of human cell types, including B cells, dendritic cells, granulocytes and subsets, hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, macrophages, marrow stromal cells, mesenchymal stem and progenitor cells, monocytes, mononuclear cells, myeloid cells, NK cells, plasma cells, and T cells.

According to the manufacturer, in an example using a biotinylated anti-human CD3 antibody with human PBMCs, the start fraction purity was 60% and the final isolated fraction purity was 97.4%. Included components are an EasySep™ Biotin Selection Cocktail, Anti-Human CD32 FcR Blocker, EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™, and a RoboSep™ Vial for Primary Conjugated Antibody. The kit is described as fast and easy-to-use and requires no columns.
