RoboSep Hu Basophil Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, the EasySep™ Human Basophil Isolation Kit enables the isolation of highly purified human basophils from HetaSep™-processed human peripheral blood using a column-free immunomagnetic negative selection protocol. Typical basophil content of the isolated fraction (CD45+CD123+IgE+) is 94.0 ± 2.5% (mean ± SD) when used with the purple EasySep™ Magnet. In an example isolation, the purities of the start and final isolated fractions were 0.86% and 95.6% (gated on CD45+), respectively.

The kit performs immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched human basophils from fresh peripheral blood, leaving the target cells free of antibody label for downstream applications. A RoboSep™ automated version of the kit is also offered by the manufacturer for hands-free cell separation using the same workflow.
