RoboSep Hu APC Positive Slctn Kit II

Isolate highly purified APC-conjugated antibody-labeled human cells from PBMCs or other single-cell suspensions using the column-free immunomagnetic separation technology developed by STEMCELL Technologies. The kit employs the simple, optimized EasySep™ protocol for positive selection of targeted cell populations.

In a representative example starting from human PBMCs, purities of the start and final isolated fractions are reported as 23.3% and 99.0%, respectively, when used with an APC-conjugated anti-human CD19 antibody. The kit is designed for use with appropriate magnets for column-free immunomagnetic separation, cell separation buffer for use with EasySep™ cell separation kits, and compatible antibodies for purity assessment of isolated cells.
