RoboSep HLA WB TCell Enrich Fltr Tip Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this kit is designed to isolate highly purified human T cells from HetaSep™-treated whole blood or washed leukapheresis samples using the EasySep™ protocol. The method uses immunomagnetic negative selection to recover untouched human T cells directly from whole blood, with the workflow beginning from red blood cell depletion of fresh blood samples and isolation of nucleated cells.

According to the manufacturer, starting with HetaSep™-treated whole blood, the CD3+ cell content of the enriched fraction typically ranges from 93.1 - 98.0% (gated on CD45+ cells). Starting with 0.5 mL of HetaSep™-treated whole blood (equivalent to 5 mL of whole blood), 1.1 - 3.1 x 10e6 CD3+ cells are typically recovered. The kit employs a Mouse (BALB/c) monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human and chimpanzee CD3, and uses column-free immunomagnetic separation.

The kit supports research workflows involving primary human cells and frozen cells.
