RoboSep HLA Human T Cell Enrich Fltr Kit

STEMCELL Technologies offers this immunomagnetic kit for the isolation of untouched, highly purified human T cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or lysed leukapheresis samples. The kit uses negative selection, targeting non-T cells for removal with antibodies and magnetic particles. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube in a fast, easy-to-use, column-free procedure. The kit is designed to process up to 1 x 10^9 cells and is compatible with downstream HLA assays, with protocols available for both manual use with an EasySep™ magnet and fully automated use with the RoboSep™ system.

Starting with previously frozen mononuclear cells, the CD3+ cell content of the enriched fraction typically ranges from 95 - 99%. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.

The kit includes the EasySep™ HLA T Cell Enrichment Cocktail, a combination of monoclonal antibodies in PBS, and EasySep™ D Magnetic Particles, a suspension of magnetic particles in TBS. Both components should be stored at 2 - 8 °C, must not be frozen, and remain stable until the expiry date on the label. This product is for research use only.
