RoboSep HLA Human B Cell Enrich Fltr Kit

Designed for the isolation of highly purified human B cells from PBMCs or leukapheresis samples, this STEMCELL Technologies kit uses an optimized EasySep™ protocol. It is intended for use with frozen primary human cells and employs an immunodensity negative selection cocktail.

Reagents include a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody directed against human and chimpanzee CD19, and a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody directed against human, rhesus, and cynomolgus CD20. When starting with frozen mononuclear cells, the CD19+ cell content of the enriched fraction typically ranges from 95 - 99%.
