RoboSep HLA Chim WB Myeloid Pos Sel Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic positive selection kit isolates highly purified human myeloid cells—including CD33+ and CD66b+ myeloid progenitor cells, granulocytes, and monocytes—from fresh whole blood or buffy coat. The kit targets myeloid cells with antibodies recognizing the CD33 and CD66b surface markers. Desired cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles and separated without columns using an EasySep™ magnet, with unwanted cells simply poured off. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction for lineage-specific chimerism analysis.

Up to 99% purity is achievable with no columns required. In a typical profile starting with human whole blood, the myeloid cell content of the isolated fraction is 94.5 ± 4.1% (gated on CD45; mean ± SD) using the "Big Easy" EasySep™ Magnet, with start and final isolated fraction purities of 66.6% and 98.5%, respectively. The Selection Cocktail is described as a combination of monoclonal antibodies in PBS.
