RoboSep Fltr Tip Human Pan-DC Pre-enrich

From STEMCELL Technologies, this RoboSep filter tip is part of the system used with the EasySep™ Human Pan-DC Pre-Enrichment Kit. The kit isolates untouched human pre-enriched dendritic cells, including myeloid and plasmacytoid dendritic cells, from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), using EasySep™ column-free immunomagnetic negative selection.

According to typical enrichment data starting with previously frozen PBMCs, the dendritic cell content of the enriched fraction typically ranges from 40% to 80%. The workflow supports immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched human pDCs from PBMCs as well as human myeloid DCs.
