RoboSep FITC Positive Slctn Kit II

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic positive selection kit is designed to isolate cells labeled with FITC-conjugated antibodies from single-cell suspensions. The desired cells are targeted with antibody complexes recognizing FITC and dextran-coated magnetic particles, then separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off.

Designed for immunology research and cell isolation applications, the kit supports work with a broad range of immune cell types, including B cells, dendritic cells, granulocytes and subsets, hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, macrophages, marrow stromal cells, mesenchymal stem and progenitor cells, monocytes, mononuclear cells, myeloid cells, NK cells, plasma cells, and T cells. It has been used with samples from non-human primates, rats, and other species, drawn from sources such as bone marrow, buffy coat, cord blood, leukapheresis products, PBMCs, peripheral blood, spleen, and other origins.

This RoboSep kit is described as fast and easy-to-use, with no columns required, and replaces a previous FITC Positive Selection Kit for even faster cell isolations.
