RoboSep Complete Kit for Human WB CD34

This RoboSep-compatible kit from STEMCELL Technologies isolates CD34+ cells from human whole blood or buffy coat using a simple two-step, column-free immunomagnetic positive selection method. Isolated cells can be used immediately for downstream functional and biological studies.

The kit provides density gradient medium for mononuclear cell isolation, cell culture buffer, a magnet for column-free immunomagnetic separation, and compatible antibodies for purity assessment of isolated cells. According to the manufacturer, the CD34+ cell content of the isolated fraction is typically 95.1 ± 4.5% (gated on viable CD45+ cells; mean ± SD), with representative start and final isolated fraction purities of 0.06% and 96.2%, respectively.

For evaluation of cells after isolation, the manufacturer recommends an Anti-Human CD34 Antibody.
