RoboSep Biotin Positive Slctn Kit II

This kit from STEMCELL Technologies isolates highly purified cells labeled with biotinylated antibodies from single-cell suspension samples using an optimized immunomagnetic protocol [S1]. The system performs column-free positive selection of cells labeled with APC-conjugated, FITC-conjugated, or PE-conjugated antibodies [S1]. It also supports positive selection of target cell types using a custom mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody [S1].
